UFC 249 Live Stream,@ free Online

May 7, 2020 by Edwindana

UFC 249 live stream free: time, full card and how to watch Ferguson vs Gaethje online. Live sport is back this weekend in the form of MMA action! While it’s been a long time coming, UFC 249 is finally set to push ahead behind closed doors on Saturday, May 9 at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. Read on as we explain how to watch UFC 249 and live stream the Ferguson vs Gaethje fight online no matter where you are in the world – plus the night’s full card and the key times you need to know about.

Tony Ferguson enters as a hot favorite, with the 36-year-old American already regarded as one of the best lightweight fighters of all-time. He was hoping to secure his legacy in the original UFC 249 headline match, which had him set to go up against Russia’s Khabib Nurmagomedov – the Eagle being perhaps best known for his clinical neck crank defeat of Conor McGregor back in October 2018.

Since then, Khabib has successfully defended his title against Dustin Poirier. But now he’s stranded in Russia due to the country’s Covid-19 travel restrictions, so UFC fans will once again have to wait to see the long-anticipated Ferguson vs Khabib fight – a seemingly cursed octagon encounter that has now been put off a ridiculous FIVE times.

In his place steps Justin Gaethje, a 31-year-old American who currently sits at fourth in the UFC lightweight rankings. While not necessarily the blockbuster opponent Khabib represent, he’s well-respected in MMA circles and poses a significant threat to Ferguson in a fight that will be shown exclusively via ESPN+ in the US.

The winner of the new UFC 249 headline fight will be crowned the interim UFC lightweight champion – and no doubt fight Khabib at a later date. Tempted? Our guide explains how to watch a Tony Ferguson vs Justin Gaethje live stream no matter where you are in the world – and also reveals the latest UFC 249 card details.

Eddie Bravo: Tony Ferguson will have huge weapons problem at UFC 249

February 25, 2020 by Edwindana

We still have eight weeks left, and history tells us that we should match any excitement for Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Tony Ferguson.

But with just two more months to go, Ferguson’s jiu-jitsu coach, Tenth Planet jiu-jitsu wizard Eddie Bravo, may be eyeing some of Ferguson’s upset expectations for the UFC’s lightweight title in April.

Champ Nurmagomedov (25-7 MMA, 12-5 UFC) puts his belt on the line against Ferguson (25-3 MMA, 15-1 UFC) at the UFC 249 main event on April 7 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, the biggest-ever fights in MMA history. It has been booked four more times before. Each fighter had to get out twice, and now everyone is expecting a fifth constipation.

In the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast, Bravo states that he is slowly working with Ferguson on the Nurmagomedov puzzle.

“We’ve been preparing for khabib for a long time,” said Shaw Bravo. “… We are always ready to make the worst of the situation and the news is the worst. He is probably the best ground-and-pounder wrestler. This is by far the toughest challenge in MMA for Tenth Planet. ”

But while recognizing Nurmagomedov, a favorite of about 5-7 fights, Bravo also feels that the champ has some moments that make him seem less surreal – and these are the times Ferguson could use some inauguration.

“To Khabib, Khabib is unbeatable – certainly one of the best fighters of all time,” Bravo said. “But you also remember this: There have been a number of khabib fights – we have all seen khabib fights – where you cannot see the classic khabib. Like Gleeson Tibau – it didn’t come down like (people expected). Some fights (human shows).

“You (Raphael) can also look at the fight against Dos Anjos – there are things he couldn’t do with other people. He could not get past Dos Anjos guard. (He) was not easy to take down.”

And although Nurmagomedov’s style of investigation, especially when the fight is on the canvas, is among the best in the world, Bravo quickly said that Ferguson’s wrestling could be at a level that the champion wasn’t accustomed to – especially when people wanted to compare when Conor McGregor fought at the table in October 2018. Brought to you

“Tony wrestled his whole (wonderful) life,” Bravo said. “There is a light year difference between Conor’s wrestling and Tony’s wrestling, so you’ve got it. Tony D’Arce (chokes) will stand and throw you from all different angles and while you’re trying to take him down. So Khabib has to be concerned about that.

“Khobib respects me a million percent – this guy’s crazy. But Tony has so many (expletive) weapons in his hands. He may have more weapons than anyone in the history of the UFC. ”
